It's in Minho region, in a little village called Soajo. Those granite little houses - Espigueiros - are made to store the the crops; they are still used nowadays. These ones in Soajo are very particular. In Anthopology, I studied them. They are about twenty in one place and they belong to the village and not just to one person. They belong to the community; everybody can put their crops in here. They are high, because of the mice and rats. These animals can not reach to the corn! ;)

這些花崗岩製成的小房子－－Espigueiros－－被建來儲存農作物；至今當地的人們仍使用Espigueiros來保存他們的莊稼。
Soajo的Espigueiros尤其特別。在人類學課程中，我(Ana)正是研究這些建築。在一個地區大約會有二十個Espigueiros，這些Espigueiros屬於整個村莊而非單獨一人所有。
